Refund policy

We have a same-day return policy, which means you will be asked to accept the quality of the window treatments on the day of installation. If you are unsatisfied with any product, you should ask the technician to take photographs of the damaged or defective goods, and open a trouble ticket with our supplier(s). No returns are accepted simply because you do not like the product which you originally selected.  You may reorder different product at your own expense.

To be eligible for a return, you will need to let us know of the damage or defect before the technician leaves your job site.  Any damage after this time will be your responsibility.  A financially responsible adult must be present for the duration of the installation.  If the responsible adult is not present upon completion of the install, we will attempt to call you for a final approval.  If you are unavailable, the job will be considered accepted by you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Address these concerns immediately with the installing technician.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom drapery due to a variation in expected color or dye lot.  Slight variations in product color are typical for the window treatments industry, and are considered acceptable.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on funds placed on gift cards.

Exchanges
If your item(s) is determined to be defective, you are entitled to a replacement for only the exact item originally ordered, in the same materials and options.  No product changes or modifications are allowed during the exchange process.

Refunds
Refunds are strictly disallowed due to the custom nature of your order.  The finished goods and materials are not reusable by our company for any other window.  Once you have purchased the custom window treatments, they belong to you forever.
